Over the past 20+ years, I’ve designed, delivered, and scaled $1B+ logistics networks across the US, LATAM, and Europe — partnering with iconic brands such as Amazon, Microsoft, Mercado Libre, Nike, Lululemon, Electronic Arts, and UPS.

My focus lies at the intersection of advanced robotics, automation, and operational excellence. From GTP, ASRS, and AMRs to high-speed sortation and automated packing systems, I’ve led 500+ automation and intralogistics programs, helping global organizations move faster, smarter, and more sustainably.

But logistics isn’t just about systems — it’s about people. I’ve built and led high-performance teams of 10–400+, fostering cultures rooted in ownership, urgency, integrity, and collaboration to consistently deliver transformative results.

Today, as Director of Global Engineering at Ingram Micro — a global leader in technology distribution and supply chain services — I oversee all automation and engineering functions across 190+ facilities in 60+ countries, helping connect technology to 90% of the world’s population.
