I’m an engineering and robotics leader with more than 20 years of experience designing, delivering, and scaling logistics systems.
My work spans facility design, automation investment, and the teams that bring new technologies into operation.
Engineering and robotics leadership
I’ve led engineering teams responsible for facility design, execution, and delivery, alongside robotics and innovation teams assessing, piloting, and scaling new technologies.
That work has taken me across four continents and includes more than 30 projects for Amazon. I have also worked with companies including Mercado Libre, Microsoft, UPS, and Nike.
Today, I lead global engineering at Ingram Micro, helping drive automation and intralogistics across a network of 190+ facilities in more than 60 countries.
Why I write
My work brings together two questions: where automation can create value, and what it takes to make it perform.
In Smart Automation, I explore those questions alongside developments in robotics and AI, drawing on experience evaluating technologies, delivering projects, and building engineering teams.
